Does StreamEase include TV channels?

No. StreamEase is a media player. You bring your own authorized M3U playlist or Xtream provider connection. We do not sell or supply programming.

How does the free trial work?

Your trial lasts 24 hours from your first playback. Creating an account or pairing a TV does not start the clock.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Your account can allow one to four simultaneous streams, as configured by the administrator. Signing in on another device does not use a playback slot.

What happens after I purchase a package?

Your selected package gives you player access for its full duration. Online payments are currently unavailable.

Where can I download the app?

The browser player is available through Open player. Native app clients are in testing; public app-store links will be added when releases are ready.
